My Why

Michael Brown | Founder & Talent Strategist | Door3 Talent

What drives me is simple: building hiring systems that unlock scale for the company, the TA team, and the candidate.

I’ve led talent acquisition, scaling engineering, GTM, and executive teams with speed and precision.

I have spent 20+ years building modern hiring systems for high-growth teams from early-stage startups to global unicorns, during which I have advised CEOs, CPOs, and VCs as a strategic partner in executive search and talent strategy.

I’ve built teams from 3 to 60+ and helped scale companies from 100 to 3,500+ employees with hiring systems that included Greenhouse, Workday, Lever, Brighthire, GoodTime, SeekOut, Gem, and more.

I understand how to build interview frameworks from scratch, redesign global hiring processes, and introduce AI-native tools that reduce time-to-fill while improving candidate experience.

In short, I bring an operator’s mindset, a builder’s instinct, and a track record of results.
